By accessing or using the Ephemera website and software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Ephemera is currently in beta. The software is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We do not guarantee uptime, data persistence, or compatibility during the beta period.
During the beta period, Ephemera grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for personal and professional music production. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the software.
You agree not to:
All content, code, and assets of Ephemera are the property of Ephemera and its creator. Music and audio content you create using Ephemera remains your property. We claim no ownership over your creative output.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ephemera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software, including but not limited to data loss, audio corruption, or project file incompatibility.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Ephemera at any time, with or without cause, during the beta period. Upon termination, your license to use the software ceases immediately.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Ephemera after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify beta users of significant changes via email.
