DIMENSIONAL

Compose with gravity.

A 3D cosmic sequencer where celestial bodies become voices. Position is pitch, distance is decay, and HRTF spatial audio puts every voice in your room - while gravity bends pitch as bodies orbit, collide, and fall.

A 3D sequencer where geometry composes.

Dimensional is a cosmic sequencer that runs in your browser. You place celestial bodies in 3D space - stars, planets, quasars, black holes - and they don't sit on a timeline. They orbit, fall, and collide. Their motion is the score.

Every body is a voice. Its position is pitch, its distance is decay, its motion bends frequency through Doppler and gravitational redshift. Modules - Poles, Murmur, Braids, Tide, Resonance Membrane, RhythmCubes - let you sculpt timbre, counterpoint, and rhythm from the same scene.

Spatial audio is real, not faked. Distant voices pan in stereo; near voices switch to true HRTF so they live in your room.

The cast

Six kinds of body. Each a different voice.

Bodies are how you compose. Drop one, place another, hear them interact. Their type decides timbre and behavior - their position decides everything else.

Yellow Dwarf

Drone anchor

A warm sustained voice. Place one first - everything else tunes against it.

Red Giant

Singing aura

A star that sings with a spatial-effect aura attached. The aura colors whatever else sings near it.

Blue Giant

Silent processor

A spatial-effect zone that doesn't sing - it processes whatever passes through it.

Planet

Orbit pluck

Orbits the nearest star and plucks a looping pitch each revolution. Tighter orbit, faster pulse.

Black Hole

Gravity sink

Pulls audio of nearby bodies toward it - a gravitational mute and detune. Drops voices into silence as they fall in.

Quasar

Auto-pulse emitter

Fires a wavefront roughly every three seconds. Beams chain-trigger nearby bodies on contact.

How it works

Three motions. One composition.

01

Place celestial bodies

Drop voices into a 3D scene. Yellow dwarfs anchor the drone. Planets orbit and pluck. Quasars pulse. Black holes pull and detune. Each body is a sound shaped by what it is.

02

Pick a field, set a pulse

Choose a harmonic field - bodies snap to its chord. Set a beat division and pulse-mode bodies fire on the clock. Toggle emergent harmony and the chord follows your placements instead.

03

Let gravity compose

Bodies orbit, fall, and collide. Pitch bends through Doppler and gravitational redshift. Quasar wavefronts chain-trigger nearby voices. Stop touching it - the composition keeps moving.

Try it

Drag a body through the field.

Pull the planet close and gravity bends harder. Push it outward and the voice spreads into HRTF space. The scrubber bar follows because this is the same scene model.

close = gravity bendfar = spatial field
